What We Like:

• Dimensions and Space A twenty-pound turkey is no laughing matter, and the Weber SpiritII E310 handles it with easily on its large cooking surface. We appreciate the stainless steel tables on the sides of the grill, but we wish they folded down like the two burner Spirit versions.
• Performance We appreciate that you can fine tune the heating using the burner settings to create direct and indirect heat zones, which gives you complete control over your heat. The Flavorizer bar system is a novel feature that collects sizzling drippings during cooking and restores the flavor to the dish.
• Cleaning Ease The liquids that are not vaporized by the Flavorizer bars are collected in the grease management system, which includes an inclined grease tray and a catch pan located a safe distance away from the burner. The grease tray glides easily in and out of the cabinet for fast cleaning, and the catch pan is disposable.

What We Don’t Like:

• Heavy and bulky If you have limited room, the stainless steel tables might be difficult to use since they do not fold down like the two burner versions. This type is also quite heavy, requiring the assistance of more than one person for setup and transportation.

What’s the build quality like

iGrill 3 compatible

The Weber iGrill 3 Bluetooth thermometer is compatible with all Spirit ll gas grill models. These are available for purchase individually.

It’s a pity Weber didn’t include this with the grill, but I believe it’s worth the money if you do a lot of roasting or want to experiment with smoking on your gas barbecue.

You can attach up to four temperature sensors to the iGrill 3 and monitor your food on your iPhone or Android phone during the cooking process.

On the app, you can also see how much gasoline is remaining.

How well does the Spirit ll E310 perform?

We got to put the Weber Spirit E310 through its paces after it was completely constructed.

Weber always appears to offer high-quality grilling results, and the Spirit E310 is no exception.

It takes a twenty-pound liquid propane tank (not supplied) and has an easy-to-read fuel indicator that shows you precisely where you stand in terms of fuel.

The Electronic Crossover ignition system activates three 32,000 BTU-per-hour burners at the press of a button.

Because each burner has its own control, you may use the various control settings to create indirect and direct heat zones. The Weber Spirit E310 is a formidable performer for a grill of its size.

The unique Flavorizer bars and black porcelain-enameled cooking grates distinguish the Spirit E310. The Flavorizer bar system is made up of angled bars that capture sizzling drippings as you cook, vaporize them, and then restore the flavor to your meal.

Weber Genesis

Quality construction. Although the Spirit series is beautifully constructed, the Genesis line has a higher grade stainless steel structure that is meant to endure.

However, high-quality construction will cost you more, but it will most likely be worth it in the long run if you are seeking for a long-term investment.

If the Spirit series is more in line with your budget, you will still receive an excellent quality grill with numerous attractive features, but you may feel that the build is a bit lacking.
